Split unit cleaning and maintenance, leaking condensate drains, diagnosis of units that don’t cool, bleeding radiators, thermostatic valves, heating leaks and thermostats. If a job legally requires a certified company (for example, handling refrigerant gas), we’ll tell you upfront.
🔧 Handyman («lampista»)
In Catalonia, a lampista is the go-to tradesperson for water and small home repairs. Sockets, switches, light fittings, extractor fans, shelves, bathroom furniture, silicone sealing and check-ups before or after renting a flat. Ideal for landlords with tenants who don’t speak Spanish.

Emergency? Do this first
If water is leaking, close the main stopcock (llave de paso), usually in the kitchen, bathroom or next to the meter. If water is near sockets, switch off the electricity at the fuse box. Then send us a message. If you smell gas, open the windows, don’t touch any switches and call your gas company’s emergency line or 112.
